WIPING & CLEANING Cloth

According to the latest data from the Bangladeshi wiping cloth export industry, Diamond International ranks among the top 10 exporters of wiping rags worldwide. From June 2024 to September 2025 (TTM), we proudly shipped nearly 100 consignments of high-quality wiping rags to global destinations, including Japan and EU markets, serving five dedicated buyers. This represents a remarkable 50% growth compared to the preceding 12 months.

Between January and September 2025 alone, Diamond International completed 50 shipments of wiping rags across the globe—another 50% year-on-year increase compared to 2024.

Globally, wiping rags exports are dominated by Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh. Pakistan currently leads with 2,079 shipments, followed by India at 1,279 shipments, and Bangladesh securing the third position with 1,134 shipments. Founded in 1991, Diamond International began its journey under the visionary leadership of an energetic group of young entrepreneurs. Our very first overseas buyer was from Japan, who has remained a loyal partner for decades, supporting us with continuous orders and helping shape the foundation of our global success.

The journey started with a simple yet powerful idea: supplying garment waste fabrics as wiping cloths to international buyers who valued quality and reliability. This successful collaboration marked the birth of Diamond International.

By 1995, Diamond expanded capacity and added new business units, diversifying beyond wiping cloths. Despite facing global recessions and industry challenges, the company continued to grow steadily through relentless R&D, robust sourcing, and customer-driven innovation.
